Application effect of wax lotion in environmental friendly water-based ink

As an additive of water-based ink, water-based wax lotion can better improve the surface properties of water-based ink after film formation, and endow ink with better abrasion and scratch resistance. At the same time, wax lotion can also be used as a matting agent, which has a good matting effect.

What kind of performance characteristics should wax lotion have in terms of wear-resistant and anti-skid printing and packaging? The anti slip angle is 30 degrees, and the wear resistance test can achieve a performance of 500 times. Wax lotion can enhance the hardness and scratch resistance of the coating in addition to wear resistance and skid resistance.

Addition amount: In different systems, it is recommended to add 2-10%, depending on the actual usage of the customer's formula.
